Flower Care
Our goal is for your flowers to last as long as possible! Here are some best practices to keep your flowers happy:
Water: Change/add water every two days if possible. Whenever water appears dirty or have leaves in them, it’s time to freshen water.
Remove Wilted Blooms: If you see a wilting bloom, simply remove it! Removing any dead or wilting flowers can help prevent the other flowers from wilting faster.
Payment
We are currently offering payment via Cash, Check Zelle, Venmo & PayPal. The client will be responsible for any credit card or service fees, and this will be reflected on the invoice.
No order is confirmed until the deposit or full balance (depending on the order or event) has been paid.
Deliveries
We deliver flowers between 8am-6pm in the Cleveland, OH area. Although we can accommodate time ranges, we cannot always guarantee a delivery at a specific time.
Event Deliveries: The date and time of the event will be agreed upon prior to confirmation as well as the set up and drop off time. If there is a location change, we ask you notify Madaboutflowers ASAP. Any installations will require a minimum set up time of 1 hour. The estimated installation time will be noted upon confirmation.
House Deliveries: We do our best to hand deliver each arrangement. However, if after 10 minutes no one has answered the door, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place near the door. Additionally, we will send a text/email/phone call to the recipient to notify them of the delivery. In the case that we are unable to directly hand off the flowers, we will leave the flowers in the safest place possible, however we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or stolen.
Apartment Deliveries: Please provide building codes if necessary. We will leave the arrangement in the lobby, or by their door depending on building policy. We do our best to hand deliver each arrangement. However, if there is no answer after knocking, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place near the door. Additionally, we will send a text/email/phone call to the recipient to notify them of the delivery. In the case that we are unable to directly hand off the flowers, we will leave the flowers in the safest place possible, however we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or stolen.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us the accurate delivery information. Madaboutflowers is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering customer.
Return Policy
We buy the freshest florals possible for every arrangement. With that being said, flowers are sensitive and need the appropriate care to ensure they last as long as possible. To get the longest life out of your flowers, check our “Flower Care” section for best practices.
Generally, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your flowers, please email us within 24hrs of your delivery. Please let us know what the issue is, and we will determine if there has been a quality issue. In the event that there has been a quality issue, we will replace your arrangement. We do not offer cash returns at this time.
Our arrangements are typically 'designers choice', we do not offer replacements based on design. If you have a strong design preference, please let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate!
